Our clients spend a lot of time on computers and generally they like to know that their system is in good hands. Whether you are a social networker, or you are a heavy computer user with vast amounts of information stored on your system, you want to know that your system is going to come back and be functioning properly.

Some I.T. companies will actually sell your information to other companies. Unscrupulous as this is, it does happen.
How do you know we won't?

NetBump.com deals with contracted clients that require absolute confidentiality. The same confidentiality is enforced with our non-contract clients. Whether you are a government entity or a regular home user, you are guaranteed that your data will remain confidential. We also have non-disclosure agreements on hand for the paranoid or business clients that want our guarantee in writing and signed.

Once your system has been serviced, you want to know that if the problem persists, you have somebody to call that won't charge you an arm and a leg for followup calls.

NetBump.com offers free followup calls for persistent problems. If the problem reappears, Contact Us so we can reanalyze the problem. When a computer leaves our shop, we deem it working, however every now and then a problem will come back or will not be found when we do our diagnostics. For this exact reason we offer free followup calls. After all, it is you, the computer user, that has to use the system on a daily basis, and a technician can only test so much to ensure a problem has been resolved.
Rather then take your money and run, we would be more than happy to take a second look for free.

What about liability? Damaged computer by a technician, car accident or other damages caused while the computer system was in our care?

Our technicians take the utmost care of transporting your computer system, and while we take all precautions possible, accidents can happen. While most companies would be happy enough to shuffle the issue off to an insurance claim,
NetBump.com handles these issues VERY seriously.

How would the issue be handled? NetBump.com would replace the system with a higher end model FREE OF CHARGE to the client, all labour fees would be waived and all data that could possibly be transferred to your new system would occur. While this is extremely rare(it has never happened due to the care our technicians take in handling your equipment), it is good to know in advance what would happen.
